While training the Oregon team
Lindsey Acrey had an awesome idea for all of you AP folks out there! She asked if we could create custom fields on the invoice that would show the suppliers accounting contact info. This way AP users wouldn't have to navigate to The Conduit and all of the necessary info would be right there in Coupa.
After a few quick configurations we made her idea a reality. All new incoming invoices should have the supplier contact information displayed at the top of the invoice so users can easily contact the right person when troubleshooting invoice discrepancies.
