One trend we've been noticing is that each area is missing a piece of the puzzle. The contracted items from Fastenal, Wesco, & Whitecap provide a majority of the items that are on the foreman order request forms however there is usually one local supplier that supplies the remaining goods. In order to streamline each areas ordering process we've been actively engaging these local suppliers in hopes to onboard them ASAP. Once added, the areas will be able to order everything they need in one easy to use portal, Coupa.
